About the Job:
Position: Production Shift Supervisor
Location: Te Puke, Tauranga | Bay of Plenty, New Zealand
Work Type: On-site | Shifting schedule

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead daily production operations to meet output, yield, and schedule targets.
  • Own shift execution: labour allocation, daily priorities, start-up checks, and structured shift handovers.
  • Keep the line audit-ready by ensuring accurate batch records, traceability, and production documentation.
  • Drive fast issue resolution on the floor and coordinate downtime recovery with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse.
  • Build a safe, disciplined, high-performing team through coaching, training follow-through, and clear standards.

Required skills and experience (must-have):
  • Food manufacturing shift supervision experience is required.
