  • Handling end-to-end production activities

  • Planning production activities as per customer order and production planning Achieving production and quality targets

  • Planning and coordination with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs

  • Motivating workmen and inculcating a culture of self management and excellence in them

  • Calibration of all measuring instruments and gauges
