Job Description
The Production Staff supports daily production operations by operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring product quality, and following safety and company standards to achieve efficient and timely production.
Tasks:
- Assist in daily production activities according to work schedules
- Operate, monitor, and clean production equipment and tools
- Follow safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures at all times
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Meet production targets while ensuring quality standards
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate or equivalent
- With or without prior production/manufacturing experience
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
