Job Description
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead team members to identify, manage, and execute process improvement opportunities within the plant. You will oversee production staff to meet production and quality goals, resolve issues related to bottlenecks, and ensure that materials, equipment, and staffing resources are aligned to support the production schedule. You will support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, cost, and customer service while fostering an engaged, team‑oriented workforce that drives strong business results.
