Our client, located near Anoka, MN is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their experienced Production team.
**Job Title: Production Supervisor**
**Location: Anoka, MN**
**Pay Rate Range: $90K - $95K**
**Shift: 2** **nd** **and 3** **rd** **Shift**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Directly lead production employees, including training, directing, conducting performance reviews, educating, and mentoring on performance.
+ Look after day-to-day production activities to ensure that current commitments are achieved while improvements are being made.
+ Handle daily performance through the use of process center communication boards daily.
+ Be a change agent and drive out waste throughout the manufacturing operation through the deployment of the Lean methodology.
+ Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees, emphasizing prevention of potential problems and hazardous conditions, and supports safety programs.
