About the Role
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Brantford, Ontario bakery. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality performance while leading and developing frontline teams to achieve operational goals.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Lead and engage production teams to achieve shift targets while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all production activities.
- Monitor performance and support employee development through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
