Production Supervisor – Chilliwack, BC – 40 hours a week – Regular Shift – Replacement
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the operations/production team to support production planning and scheduling, ensuring cross‑coverage and operational flexibility.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality standards.
- Coach, develop, and motivate operations team members to build capability and engagement.
- Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operations.
- Develop and deliver technical skills training for both new hires and existing team members.
Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment in a supervisory capacity.
