UHT Production Supervisor
Location: Humansdorp, Eastern Cape
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years previous Supervisory experience in a dairy or FMCG manufacturing environment
- A suitable qualification to facilitate good manufacturing practices and sound staff management principles
- Previous experience and knowledge of the Tetra Pak Filling machines will be an advantage
- Strong product knowledge skills
- Excellent housekeeping skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performance team consisting of Filling machine operators, Downstream Operators, and General Workers.
- Ensure staff commitment to company procedures and achievement of daily targets as per production plan.
