Job Description
As a Production Supervisor at Kellanova, you will play a key leadership role overseeing overnight manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will supervise hourly employees and ensure production and logistics plans are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Your leadership will directly support plant performance and operational continuity.
This is a 3rd shift position (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) based at our Grand Rapids, Michigan plant, with regular weekend work required. During overnight hours, you will serve as one of the primary on‑site leaders, supporting production, warehouse, safety, and site security functions. We value your insights and will rely on you to lead through operators and other hourly team members.
