What you can look forward to as Production Supervisor (m/f/d):

  • Conduct shift start meeting in production & deploy the resource for the shift. Drive 5S in shopfloor. Co ordinate with HR for availability of manpower as per shcedule

  • Train new operator & upgrade skill level as per requirment. Conduct refreshment training to meet the requirements

  • Lead the operators in line to report unsafe conditions. Lead the shopfloor to achieve zero accidents
