Job Description
Production Supervisor Directs daily department activities in order to meet production goals. Directs daily activities in the Material Supermart/Store to support production goals. Confers & coordinates production activities with management, Operation, marketing & others department staff to determine manufacturing feasibility, cost effectiveness and customer demand for new and existing products. Reviews and establishes materials, equipment and manpower resource requirements. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function. Coordinates production equipment with engineering support team to maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring both preventive maintenance programs and repairs. Administer safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.
