Large food manufacturing company located in central Florida is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a production shift within the facility. You will lead production personnel to meet output, quality, safety and cost standards while supporting continuous improvement, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring high employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate and monitor all production activities on the assigned shift to meet or exceed production schedules, efficiency goals, product quality, and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and company policies.
