**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our second-shift operations in a thermal management manufacturing facility. This role will oversee a team of production employees and ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. You will play a key role in training, coaching, and building a strong team as the shift becomes fully operational.
**Schedule:** 2nd Shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, 9/80 schedule)

+ Supervise daily production activities for a team of 6–8 employees on second shift
+ Coordinate machining, assembly, welding, brazing, and soldering operations to meet production goals
