Overview
On-site - Muntinlupa. Full-time position for candidates with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma. Location: Upper Ground Floor, Kingston Excell. C28V+RGQ, Centennial Rd, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of production staff on the floor.
- Ensure production schedules are followed and output meets quantity and quality targets.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and performance of production teams.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and assign tasks to team members.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Report and troubleshoot production delays, equipment issues, or material shortages.
- Train new employees and coach existing staff to improve skills and performance.
