Production Supervisor - Night Shift - Packing Department - Pharmaceutical
Do you have 5-10 years experience working as a Production Supervisor for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry within a Packing Department?
We're seeking a candidate with leadership and supervisory experience of 20-35 people for a purpose driven, leading global Pharmaceutical manufacturer.
This role ensures that:
- Production and Quality targets are met
- Packing lines run efficiently (high speed bottle, tube, jar lines - mostly liquid filling)
- Continuous improvement initiatives are met and implemented
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety)
- Standards are adhered to
- High team performance and morale
