My client is a specialty manufacturer in the plastics space, part of a large National organisation. This stable business services many household brands across the globe. Due to a promotion, they are looking to add a Production Supervisor to oversee the afternoon shift in Blacktown. This is a temp to perm opportunity for someone with a positive and “hands on” attitude who wants to be part of a great team.


Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • People Leadership and Workforce Planning

  • Inspecting finished goods to ensure quality standards are met

  • Safe and efficient production of packaging

  • Operation of Stretch hood machine.

  • Continuous Improvements and Operational Excellence

  • General Cleaning/ Housekeeping as required
