HR Manager en Albany Engineered CompositesThe Production Team Lead will support all aspects regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost of the assigned production Value Stream.Value Stream is defined from receipt of materials through the shipment of good to the customer.The Production Supervisor will lead, coach, and influence all direct employees affiliated with the Value Stream.In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinate a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.ResponsibilitiesObserve, support, & contribute to Company safety programs, policies & initiatives.Implement and continually monitor safe work practices in Value Stream.Conduct required safety & environmental audits, 5S audits, JHA assessments, identify hazards, and assure that all other employees follow safe work practices.Track daily / weekly production, give updates ...
