Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and lead a plant team to achieve optimal product quality
- Maximize production throughput while minimizing waste
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Monitor and assess production performance, taking corrective action as needed
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications: - Matric with Mathematics and Science, or N3 qualification
- National Certificate in Food Processing
- Diploma in Production Management
- Leadership/Management Training
Experience: - 6 months to 1 year experience in food/dairy processing role
- Team leader or supervisory experience essential
