Education
•Post secondary technical education asset ; will consider experience equivalent
• 5 yrs+ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Food Safety industry standards
• Experience with Flexo printing process an asset • Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma principles an asset
Duties / Responsibilities THREE SHIFT ROTATION - Days (1 month), Afternoons (1 month), Nights (1 month)
Oversee and ensure the efficient production of products while meeting company standards of quality, safety and operational policies
Maintain adherence to GMP / AIB, Health and Safety Standards, and company regulations
Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize operational efficiency
