Job Description
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 9am start time
Salary: $29-32/hr.
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of English localization workflows across Scripting, Subtitling, and Creative Localization, as well as manage and develop English editors. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are resourced effectively, editors are set up for success, and deliverables meet the highest quality standards while maintaining efficient production timelines.
The Production Supervisor partners closely with Production Managers, Client Operations, and Editorial teams to coordinate work across multiple facilities, time zones, and shifts. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced production environments, demonstrates strong operational judgment, and continuously looks for ways to improve workflows, tools, and team productivity.
