Job Description
Production Management
- Directly supervise daily production operations and a team of operators to meet production plans, output targets, and KPIs.
- Monitor and control production processes to maintain high productivity and minimize downtime.
- Ensure production schedules are communicated and executed effectively.
Quality Assurance
- Implement and enforce quality control standards on the shop floor.
- Investigate and report quality issues; drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with the QA team for internal audits, first articles, and lot inspections.
Team Leadership and People Development
- Lead a team of approx. 25–35 operators per supervisor (total ~120 across 4 supervisors).
- Coach, develop, and motivate production staff to meet performance and attendance expectations.
