The Opportunity:
We are partnering with a leading, large-scale manufacturing organization to find a dynamic Production Supervisor .
This role offers ownership of daily production operations , team leadership , and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement .
Candidates with experience in high-volume environments strongly preferred -- high tech, energy, electronics, automotive, or semiconductors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials according to production plans to achieve quality and quantity targets.
