- Plan production schedule and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate and provide training to production staff
- Assist in equipment maintenance
- Apply corrective actions for shut-downs during critical and emergency situations
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing processes
- Apply food production standards and SOPs related to safety and hygiene policies
- Coordinate with teams to resolve inter-discipline issues
- Improve operation planning using data analytics and data presentation during meetings
- Housekeeping and general duties as required
- Team player with initiative, drive & good communication skills
- Possess positive working attitude
- Able to work on shifts and weekends/PH
- Able to work overtime
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 3kg of goods
