Job Description
Hiring a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for running an end-to-end assembly and test line, producing the world's most advanced autonomous drones. You will have a team of up to 45 technicians and leads reporting directly to you. You'll work closely with the Planning Team to set production schedules, the Engineering team for troubleshooting and support, and the Inventory Control team to make sure you've got the right materials to meet your targets. This is a people leadership position that emphasizes the ability to foster teamwork and accountability in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
