Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, including workflow, schedules, and troubleshooting, while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
- Plan manpower and material requirements based on daily planned outputs.
- Safeguard and review production documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure proper machine operation, cost-efficiency, and coordinate repairs.
- Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions by monitoring performance and working with HR on evaluation and discipline.
- Communicate goals clearly and provide support, tools, and motivation to frontline production staff.
- Coach, train, and develop team members for technical and leadership growth.
