Application Support Analyst
- Responsible for managing a team and engage in day‑to‑day support activities including incident and problem management.
- Perform production deployments and patch activities on the supported applications and servers.
- Work with product support and development teams for permanent resolution/change review – all types including enhancements and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with level 1 support in application knowledge transfer and in establishing standard first‑level recovery processes, system‑health checks and scheduled activities, as well as handling common application user queries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as application, business, infrastructure, security, and operations to continually improve application stability.
