Job Responsibility
- Support the Head of Department in planning, coordinating, and supervising operations.
- Act as a communication bridge between local and international teams.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and technical documentation in three languages.
- Oversee project execution to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide strategic input to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, industrial or related major.
- Proficiency in three languages: Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures.
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering is an advantage.
- Able to work both independently and in a team, with strong result orientation.
