- Perform component-level fault finding on failed PCBs, assemblies, and finished products using structured diagnostic methods.
- Investigate production, test, and field-return failures to identify technical root cause and define robust corrective and preventive actions.
- Support product build and test activities by providing clear failure analysis feedback, containment guidance, and engineering support to production teams.
+ Produce clear root cause analysis reports for PCB and product failures, including evidence, conclusions, actions, owners, and completion timescales.
