Workshop Recruitment is supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the search for a Production Assistant to join its production team in Aldershot. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting day-to-day shopfloor operations, helping to ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved. The successful Production Assistant will work closely with operational teams, removing administrative burdens and helping to coordinate resources, training, maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives. This opportunity would suit an organised and proactive individual with experience in manufacturing, production coordination or team leadership within an engineering or production environment.
