Location: Bella Vista, Sydney
Shift: Fixed Day Shift – 6:00am to 2:30pm (Monday to Friday)

The Production Team Leader plays a critical role within the Production & Assembly function, responsible for leading large manufacturing teams to safely manufacture, assemble, test, and pack products in line with business demand. This role focuses strongly on people leadership, safety, quality, and performance, while operating in a fast‑paced, GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment.
You will provide hands‑on leadership across multiple production lines, ensuring production schedules and KPIs are consistently achieved, while maintaining full compliance with Quality, OH&S, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
