Overview
The Production Team Leader coaches/mentors team members into becoming self-sufficient teams. Assist supervisors with the coordination of activities of production workers by performing the following duties. Must lead by example consistently.
Pay Rate $27.80/hr
Responsibilities
- Verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
- Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Interprets specifications, work instructions, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties as needed.
- Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules with Production Supervisor’s approval.
