- Lead timely completion of production plans while maintaining and improving workmanship standards.
- Report shift production status and progress.
- Drive and participate in lean and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Engineering on product development, high‑volume activities, and quality issue resolution.
- Support New Product Introduction builds.
- Interpret engineering prints, specifications, schematics, and manuals for assembly tasks.
- Troubleshoot electrical controls using tools such as multimeters and amp meters.
