Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PCBA Production Trainer to develop and deliver technical training programs for SMT and THT manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for building workforce capability, maintaining training compliance, and supporting quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain training materials, Work Instructions (WI), visual aids, assessments, and certification programs.
- Deliver hands-on training for SMT/THT processes, including solder paste printing, SPI, Pick & Place, reflow, AOI, manual soldering, and wave/selective soldering.
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, ESD, and IPC workmanship training for operators and technicians.
