The Production Worker is a versatile role responsible for the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality structural building components, including roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels. This position involves manual labor, tool operation, and collaboration within a team to meet production deadlines while upholding Better Living's long-standing reputation for expertise and safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately assemble wood products according to production orders, blueprints, or shop drawings.
- Safely use pneumatic nail guns, specialized saws, hammers, and other hand or power tools.
- Measure, cut, and move lumber and metal connector plates as required for the specific production line.
