A Trading Operator operates in a high intensity trading environment requiring 24/7 responsiveness. Work is event driven, with fluctuating workloads depending on market activity, operational incidents, and execution timelines. Flexibility, reliability, and strong coordination within the operations team are essential to ensure business continuity.
Activités- Coordinate logistics for all loading/discharging by sea and/or overland, avoiding and mitigating any potential hazardous situations.
- Follow up on vessels chartered by the company (spot, COA, or T/C) and optimize rotations and loading plans.
- Nominate essential service providers (independent inspectors, loss controllers, additive suppliers, etc.) and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the results obtained.
