SUMMARY:
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to develop architectural designs that align with technical, structural, and functional requirements.
Prepare conceptual designs, layouts, and 3D visualizations using CAD and BIM software.
Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and construction documents.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, municipal bylaws, health & safety standards, and industry codes.
Work closely with structural, civil, and mechanical engineers to integrate architectural and engineering solutions.
Participate in design review meetings , presenting ideas and responding to client/management feedback.
Support tender and project proposal documentation by providing architectural inputs.
Conduct site visits to verify construction progress, ensure design adherence, and resolve design-related queries.
