Billing Analyst, Billing Services
Global Business Services (GBS) team – Bogota, Colombia. Responsible for leading electronic billing solutions for customers via third‑party online Accounts Payable portals such as Ariba and Coupa, and serving as a critical bridge between commercial teams and international customers in the United States and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead and serve as the subject matter expert for electronic billing initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of invoice data through third‑party portals to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Customer Care, Commercial, and Information Technology teams to implement end‑to‑end billing processes and maintain positive customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, including Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) controls, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase billing efficiency and quality.
