Job Description

A reputable & well‑known Multi-disciplinary Consulting Company is looking for a Professional Construction Project Manager to join their team in Cape Town.

Key requirements:

  • BSc. Construction Studies/BSc. Construction Management/BSc. Quantity Surveying/or equivalent
  • BSc. Honours in Construction Management or similar is an advantage
  • Registration as a Pr.CPM or PMP is an advantage
  • 3+ year’s construction project management experience in consulting
  • Knowledge of typical construction contracts (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC)
  • PM Bok, MS Projects and MS Office literacy

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage projects in line with international best practice
  • Plan projects in terms of scope, schedule and costs
  • Assist in preparation of fee proposals and bids
