Overview
The project R&T team is responsible for engineering project management of technology demonstrators and early phases of new aircraft developments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of R&T initiatives
- Define project objectives, scope of work, and deliverables for technology maturation and/or aircraft development
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules and critical path, risk management plans, and cost tracking
- Own the completion/execution of medium complexity projects within budget, justify deviations, and lead recovery actions
- Collaborate within the Engineering community, cross functional teams as well as external stakeholders
- Lead change management activities
- Provide clear visibility and reporting to management on project status, risks, and strategic decisions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within R&T
