They are looking for a Professional Services Engineer with about 5 yrs experience. This is a remote, home office based position. Responsibilities: The Professional Services Engineer is a key role in the Professional Services (PS)
organization and is responsible for defining, implementing, customizing, integrating,
testing, training and handing over to customers a “solution” based on
standardized commercialized products and any required 3rd-party components on customer site or remotely
Resolve time critical deployment and production issues
Work according to methods, procedures, tools and policies to ensure high-quality
