The Professional Services Manager will lead and manage a team of dedicated associates to provide legendary experiences to both our internal and external customers.
The Professional Services Manager will be responsible for managing professionals and workstreams around dedicated training, consultation services, data analysis and integration support. This role will identify process improvement opportunities and partner with cross functional teams for delivery. The Professional Services Manager will provide continuous training and guidance to the team to develop skillsets and drive value to our customers.
