Information Governance Analyst
Key Duties and Responsibilities • Oversee the storage and disposal operations of the paper and electronic records management program. • Conduct evaluations of records management systems, workflows, and metadata to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance. • Develop and maintain records classification schemes and retention schedules based on legal, regulatory, and business requirements. • Support audits, regulatory reporting, and internal reviews related to information governance. • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and metrics related to records compliance and lifecycle status. • Act as a liaison between Information Governance and business units by fostering strong relationships and ensuring collaboration through effective communication to support program objectives. • Provide training and guidance on information governance and regulatory requirements
