Qualifications and Skills Required
The candidate must hold a PhD in Leadership and have a minimum academic rank of an Associate Professor. He/she must have a proven track record in research, publications and be able to work with students and faculty from diverse cultures within an international setting. Active participation in international research networks will be an added advantage.
Required Work Experience
The applicant should have at least five years of teaching experience at postgraduate level in relevant areas and must have published at least ten articles in refereed journals and successfully supervised at least ten postgraduate students. Publications of university level textbooks and b...
