Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement and maintain accredited programs aligned with institutional strategies, objectives and quality standards within the accounting discipline
- Participate in faculty and institutional leadership governance structures (committees, fora) and assume accountability for academic administration outcomes
- Establish collaborative networks and research initiatives both locally, regionally and internationally
- Mentor academic staff, particularly early career academics
- Found and monitor community engagement initiatives in alignment with social responsibility and scholarly engagement goals
- Lecture, teach and promote students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in accounting areas including Taxation, Auditing, Management Accounting, and Financial Accounting
