Responsibilities Design, develop, implement and maintain accredited programs aligned with institutional strategies, objectives and quality standards within the accounting discipline Participate in faculty and institutional leadership governance structures (committees, fora) and assume accountability for academic administration outcomes Establish collaborative networks and research initiatives both locally, regionally and internationally Mentor academic staff, particularly early career academics Found and monitor community engagement initiatives in alignment with social responsibility and scholarly engagement goals Lecture, teach and promote students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in accounting areas including Taxation, Auditing, Management Accounting, and Financial Accounting Host post-doctoral fellows Publish research within institutional criteria and requirements Promote research with potential to further IP and third-party income goals through partnerships/donor relationsh...
