Job Description
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Profit Centre Head to lead and expand our Raw Cashew Nut business in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy, managing supplier and customer relationships, driving profitable growth, and owning the financial performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Trading
- Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy for the Raw Cashew Nut business.
- Build, manage, and expand a profitable book of business.
- Identify and secure new suppliers, processors, exporters, and customers globally.
- Negotiate procurement and sales contracts to maximize profitability.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key market participants.
- Monitor market developments, pricing trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activities.
