Program Administrator (Preventative Maintenance)

IEM is currently seeking a highly motivated and systems-driven Program Administrator for our preventative maintenance (PM) program in Surrey, B.C. This role will assist in administering and maintaining processes as we transition from a reactive, ticket‑based maintenance system to a data‑driven reliability program using our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), MaintainX.
This position requires 100% in‑office presence in our Surrey, B.C. offices and does not offer remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of MaintainX, expanding its use from a ticketing tool into a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance platform.
- Build and maintain accurate asset hierarchies, maintenance schedules, and job plans within the CMMS.
