The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a command headquarters level, National Guard Bureau (NGB), Manpower, Personnel, Services, and Recruiting (A1), program analyst for ANG colonel promotions, ANG board membership, and board membership funding. Responsibilities Serves as the NGB program manager for the Colonel Promotions, ANG Board Membership, and Board membership funding. Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and interpretation of all Air National Guard (ANG) personnel policy and programs regarding colonel promotions, ANG board membership and board membership funding.
