Summary The position is located in the Farm Service Agency, Deputy Administrator for Farm Loan Programs, Program Operations Branch. The incumbent plans, develops, and implements a variety of operational and administrative initiatives to provide analytical and decision support to FLP leadership. The incumbent serves as a resource for designing and conducting studies to detect actual or potential operational problems within farm loan programs and assists in implementing solutions for identified problems. Responsibilities Designs and conducts studies to detect actual or potential operational problems within the Agency's farm loan programs, and develops, tests and implements solutions to such problems. Develops and maintains automated farm loan program data, extracts and evaluates data, and prepares and presents reports and recommendations to management.
