Summary These positions are located within the Regulations Development Staff of the Office of Policy and Program Development (OPPD). Responsibilities The Pathways Recent Graduate program duration is one year. Upon successful completion of the program and at the agency's discretion, the appointee may be converted to a permanent position in the competitive service. This is a Pathways Recent Graduate developmental position. Management may select at the GS-9 level leading to a GS-13 full performance if converted to a permanent position.
